Resident Wellbeing Professional

We are seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to lead the delivery of wellbeing programs across our villages in the NSW Mid North Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape wellbeing and create communities where residents feel truly at home.
About the Role
- Design and champion initiatives that make a tangible difference to residents' lives.
- Work in partnership with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care providers, and local community organisations.
- Support village teams to deliver vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead key initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement.
- Act as a trusted point of escalation for resident wellbeing concerns.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with Home Care providers and specialist wellbeing services.
- Drive consistency across your region, while celebrating success and sharing best practice.

Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience in retirement living, health, community services, or wellbeing.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground action.
- Access to own transport to support local travel across villages.
