Resident Care Specialist Role

We are seeking skilled care specialists to provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents living in our residential aged care home.

  • Providing daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility.
  • Assisting with medication management and basic wound care.
  • Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.

About the Role:

  • To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
  • Undertake duties in accordance with individualised care plans.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and respectful environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
  • Adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold.
