Join our team as a Demand Planner and take ownership of the Forecast – Order – Replenish - Review cycle for important, top selling Ranges to ensure we maximize Sales and hit Availability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update weekly forecast data to inform inventory decisions.
  • Review historical sales and stock trends to reconcile variances and improve forward forecast accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain Stock dynamically to cover promotional and seasonal events.
  • Determine order quantities and flow schedule requirements.
  • Review and manage weekly replenishment to the Local Vendor(s).
  • Maintain store minimums and maximums for each SKU.
  • Proactively communicate Sales Forecasts & Order requirements with the Local Vendor(s) on a weekly basis.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to Departments and the Local Vendor on inventory risks and opportunities.
  • Lead a strong collaborative process among Departments, Retail Ops and the Local Vendor(s).
  • Follow up Orders and Non-Fulfilment of store replenishment with the Local Vendor(s).

About You:

  • You must be experienced in Merchandise Planning or Allocation, preferably Retail.
  • Numerical, analytical and inquisitive.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and a strong problem solver.
  • Demonstrated experience of strong commercial / retail acumen.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, but also able to work independently.
  • Ability to present information with confidence to Departments and Local Vendor(s).
  • Previous experience with SAP, intermediate Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables) is preferred.
