**About the role**:
The National Account Manager (NAM) - MSO is to build, drive and lead the overall strategy, business results and partnership across selective key accounts.
The NAM is responsible for building a Business Plan that delivers agreed volume, profit and share for DON KRC and KR Fresh. The NAM will work closely with the Head of Independent Retail & Emerging Channels to deliver the overall Business Plan and will be responsible for National promotional strategies, negotiation and trade spend for Deli, Pre-pack and Meat categories across their account portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build & Drive the customer contact plan across priority groups
- Drive, manage and maximise product plans through clear communication and feedback
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Drive Forecast Accuracy through the 13-week demand management plan, working co-operatively with the Don KRC VRP and Demand & supply planners
- Conduct regular business reviews that identify issues, solutions and progress the SOP
- Present, promote and sell our products and overall ‘insight led’ services
- Execute and/or support the achievement of marketplace, workplace, people and organisation goals in the Balanced Business Plan (BBP)

**About you**:
- 3 + years Senior Customer Management experience within FMCG or like industry required
- Experience with independents and/or MSOs desirable
- Degree qualification in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing desirable
- Highly skilled in negotiating with external parties with a focus on building agreements and winning concessions
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to make quick decisions and put clear actions into place
