Job Opportunity: Sales Manager Assistant

About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily operations of the sales department and act as Sales Manager during absences. The role requires a professional, driven individual with strong leadership ability and sound negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in setting short-term and long-term sales targets for the sales team.
  2. Support & assist the Sales Manager with ensuring sales consultants follow the sales process in accordance with company procedures.
  3. Ensure staff levels are adequate to meet targets.
  4. Actively prospect and monitor new business opportunities with the sales team, new clients and existing clients.

Requirements:
