Job Title: Sales and Service Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Service Leader to join our team in Adelaide City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales and Customer Service: Lead by example, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service across all aspects of the store.
  2. Lead and Develop the Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, and empower them to deliver outstanding results.
  3. Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain a safe and secure environment, and implement efficient processes to optimize sales and productivity.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Has a deep understanding of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
