Identitywa is seeking a highly skilled Service Support Lead to provide leadership to the service support team and deliver high-quality person-centred supports.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, customer service, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). They will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to the service support team, actively monitoring and reviewing rostering requirements, and facilitating the smooth transition of funding between Identitywa, NDIS, and other funding bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to the service support team.
  • Actively monitor and review rostering requirements.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of funding between Identitywa, NDIS, and other funding bodies.
  • Work with the teams to ensure KPIs for participant funding and rostering requirements for the disability services are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of families and employees.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or a minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high-performing service support teams.
  • Dedicated experience to customer service in the disability field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the core values of Identitywa.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering employees in a person-centred approach across multiple services.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with ability and empathy to work in a family-focused and confidential working environment.
