About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Support Lead to join our team at Identitywa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to our service support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to the service support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred supports.
  • Rostering and Scheduling: Actively monitor and review rostering requirements to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Funding and Compliance: Facilitate the smooth transition of funding between Identitywa, NDIS, and other funding bodies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete reporting and analysis to ensure KPIs for participant funding and rostering requirements are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of families and employees.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Tertiary qualification or a minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high-performing service support teams.
  • Customer Service: Dedicated experience in customer service in the disability field.
  • Values and Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to the core values of Identitywa and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
