**Key Responsibilities:**
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT, or payroll tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Expert utilization of a range of accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
- Providing tax planning and business advisory services to clients, including analyzing financial and non-financial information to assist clients in monitoring performance.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and seeking to further these relationships through quality product delivery.
- Recognizing potential additional work opportunities among current clients and actively promoting the firm and its services to both clients and associates.
- Involving in team training and mentoring with responsibilities to help grow the team's knowledge and contribute to the business as a whole.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years' experience within Business Services, with strong technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar and working towards or completed CA/CPA qualifications.
- A solid understanding of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, and cloud-based tools, e.g., Xero, QuickBooks.
- Have work rights, Australian Citizenship, or hold Permanent Residency status in Australia.
