
Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth for our business customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and will be responsible for managing inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow customer portfolios;
- Managing customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales objectives;
- Taking ownership of escalating complaints to ensure timely remediation and positive customer experiences;
In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking with adaptability, and demonstrated commitment to relationship building and partnership with stakeholders.
