Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead sales growth and market development in the defined territories of South Australia and West Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and drive revenue expansion in the architectural and interior products sector.

About this role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with suppliers, architects, designers, and direct consumers, as well as maintaining a working knowledge of current products and specifications to educate clients on the best solutions for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the ANZ Territory Manager to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Attend industry events to build brand awareness and establish key relationships

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification or related experience within the architectural and interior design (A&D) industry
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar sales role
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proven track record of successful revenue results
  • Strong presentation skills and a solutions-based perspective
