Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a Rehabilitation Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with illness, disability, or injury to return to work and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to improve return to work outcomes;
- Design and deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including employers, employees, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify barriers to work and develop tailored plans to overcome them;
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employers and employees on workplace modifications and accommodations;
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for membership with ASORC or RCAA;
- Prior experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry preferred;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance;
