As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.

About the Role

  • Provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, including physical and psychological injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational rehabilitation.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA and SIRA Accreditation.
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
