We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Space Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members, and contributing to the growth and success of our community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily space setup and presentation to create an inviting environment
  • Reception cover – greet every guest and member with a warm welcome to set the tone for their visit
  • Restock kitchen goodies and keep the coffee flowing to ensure members stay energized and focused throughout the day
  • Complete admin tasks with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files
  • Create event posters using Canva to promote our events and activities
  • Manage Instagram posts and community updates to keep members informed and engaged
  • Answer calls and direct messages with professionalism to provide exceptional customer service
  • Set up and pack down meeting rooms to ensure they are always ready for use
  • Organize mail and parcels to ensure timely delivery and processing
  • Onboard new members and manage meeting room bookings to ensure seamless integration and scheduling
  • Provide general member support and troubleshooting to address any issues or concerns
  • Organize catering for member events and meetings to enhance the overall experience
  • Assist with social and community events to bring people together and foster connections
  • Work closely with the Space Leader to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
