Job Title: Compensation Administrator

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Administrator to execute end-to-end compensation activities, including processing of compensation, employee and statutory payments, compensation-related accounting, reporting, and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Execute accurate and timely compensation processing, including compensation calculations and verification of compensation data.
  • Administer assigned compensation-related activities, including timely and accurate vendor invoice processing.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding compensation management.
  • Promote a positive team environment focused on compensation excellence.
  • Prepare regular reports on compensation accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Verify payroll accuracy and completeness in the compensation system.
  • Process employee compensation transfers to bank accounts.
  • Respond to employees' queries on compensation payments.
  • Prepare final statements for terminated employees.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation of compensation accounts.
  • Coordinate monthly deposit of withheld taxes and retirement benefits to respective authorities.
  • Prepare annual withholding taxes and retirement benefits returns and submit them to respective authorities.
  • Respond to compensation-related queries raised by internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in compensation and knowledge of international compensation practices.
  • High standard of safe working practice, quality, and productivity, as well as adherence to strict deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of compensation processing.
  • Ability to perform gross to net calculations, able to reconcile taxes, able to resolve GL and Treasury issues.
  • Very good communication skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Maintain key competencies associated with the compensation processing function.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
