The Payroll Officer will provide administrative support to the Finance Manager in all payroll aspects. The role involves working effectively with the Finance Team and collaborating with experienced marine professionals and technical experts.
">Key Responsibilities- Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll for over 150 staff
- Administration of Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Child Support, & Workers Compensation
- Overseeing timesheet processes to ensure accurate data capture
- Reconciling and completing end-of-year STP finalisation
- Setting up and maintaining employee card files
- Responding to employee payroll-related queries
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight Plus
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, & Adobe Pro
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
