Administrative Support Professional

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role will provide specialized administrative support to Home Care managers, contributing to the efficiency and quality of services delivered across our service lines.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to Operations Managers, including preparing communications and correspondence for clients, residents, and staff. They will also perform data processing and quality assurance tasks in various systems, maintain documentation, and prepare reports as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and disseminate high-quality documents, meeting the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Analyze and manage data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to organizational standards.
  • Presentation: Craft compelling reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, fostering effective working relationships.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and team meetings, staying up-to-date with best practices.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to ongoing Quality Improvement Programs, driving operational excellence.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • National Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months).
  • Covid vaccination and Influenza vaccination as per policy.
  • Completion of pre-medical form and reference checks.
  • Working knowledge of the Aged Care and/or Community sector.
  • Significant administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Home Care.
