Job Title: Transformation Management Office Lead

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of strategic programs, focusing on risk mitigation, benefits realization, and governance. The Transformation Management Office (TMO) will be led to provide independent assurance across program delivery.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic governance and oversight of the transformation portfolio, encompassing end-to-end management of the project pipeline and initiation/prioritization of projects.
  • Drive ongoing uplift and continuous improvement of prescribed project governance frameworks and lead effective collaboration/communication from the TMO to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Program Management or similar field.
  • Several years' experience in a consulting or government environment with primary focus on program management/administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management tools and report/dashboard development for executives, management teams, and project managers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
