Job SummaryThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing goal-directed and evidence-based therapy services to clients with diverse needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy assessments, develop, and implement therapy plans under supervision as required.
- Administer goal-setting for every client, ensuring seamless integration with clinical notes.
- Maintain accurate progress records, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing therapy plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven services.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between clinics.
- National Police Check and Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
- Competitive salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
