About You :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current Drivers License and own transport for clinic visits
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate for emergency situations

Position Summary :

As a paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing goal-directed and evidence-based therapy to a diverse range of children, teens, and young adults. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective therapy plans, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.

  • Administer occupational therapy assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, under supervision as required
  • Complete goal setting for every client and track progress in clinical notes
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review progress and therapy plans
  • Develop resources to support our therapy programs
  • Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
  • Commitment to meeting client and organisational expectations
  • Adopt and embrace our company values and philosophy
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients and staff
  • Commitment to work as an effective team member and promote our company's interests
  • Ensure all communication is professional and polite to all internal and external stakeholders
