- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current Drivers License and own transport for clinic visits
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate for emergency situations
- National Police Check for background verification
Position Summary :
As a paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing goal-directed and evidence-based therapy to a diverse range of children, teens, and young adults. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective therapy plans, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.

- Learn and administer occupational therapy services following our guidelines
- Administer occupational therapy assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, under supervision as required
- Complete goal setting for every client and track progress in clinical notes
- Monitor, evaluate, and review progress and therapy plans
- Develop resources to support our therapy programs
- Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
- Commitment to meeting client and organisational expectations
- Adopt and embrace our company values and philosophy
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients and staff
- Commitment to work as an effective team member and promote our company's interests
- Ensure all communication is professional and polite to all internal and external stakeholders
