Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering goal-directed and outcome-focused therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with diverse needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement occupational therapy assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates under supervision as required.
- Set clear, achievable goals for every client, ensuring seamless integration with clinical notes.
- Evaluate and review therapy plans, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Create resources to support programs, promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, including self-reflection and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment, fostering holistic therapy programs that address individual needs.
- Commit to meeting client and organizational expectations, upholding the company's values and philosophy at all times.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy or a related field.
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- CURRENT drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate and National Police Check.
Our clinic offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
