The ideal candidate will be based at our Melbourne clinic, but also have the opportunity to work within the community, providing therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, and other community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists as a Clinical Leader
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs for pediatric clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working as an Occupational Therapist, with a focus on pediatrics preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and support a team
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
