About the Role
Reporting to the National Service Manager and working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, Liebherr Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Administrator to be based at our Erskine Park branch. You will be an all-round administrator who can work independently, be self-motivated and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the service team to maintain and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising customer service jobs /repair orders
- Invoicing of customer service jobs
- Assisting with the scheduling of services
- Organising/book travel/accommodation
- Timesheet Data Entry
- Addressing customer queries
- Processing Expense Claims
- Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
- Updating and managing databases, filing and archiving
About You
- Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Initiative and self-drive
- Problem solving skills
