Service Coordinator Opportunity at Liebherr Australia

Liebherr Australia is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Service team in Erskine Park. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and assigning work to our team of Field Service Technicians to support our customer base across Sydney and New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to determine their needs and schedule work accordingly
  • Assign technicians and ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer queries, organize inductions, and maintain good customer relations
  • Ensure required equipment and parts are organized for the team prior to work commencement
  • Monitor and track work in progress
  • Follow up with clients for POs, invoicing, and payments
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You:
  • Experience working in a service department
  • Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
