We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electrical Service Coordinator to join our Condell Park Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth operation of our service division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative coordination to the divisional service team with a high level of attention to detail and customer service.
  • Allocate and schedule work for tradespeople and subcontractors.
  • Support document control and manage project administration activities.
  • Coordinate all invoicing for projects, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Other administrative requirements.
Requirements:
  • Service administration experience in the electrical/construction industry (desirable).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support divisional team.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willing to accept ownership of tasks allocated.
  • Willing to develop skills and learn new skills.
