Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions, working collaboratively to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of chronic cardiovascular care programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify education needs and develop training programs.
- Conduct research and evaluation to inform practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community groups.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum five years full-time equivalent post-graduate qualification experience and/or a post-graduate qualification in the field of practice.
- Proven clinical leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of mediums.
