Nurse Consultant Opportunity

The Clinical Nurse Consultant 1 role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional patient care, particularly for those with chronic cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practice guidelines to enhance chronic cardiovascular care
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to nursing staff on chronic cardiovascular management, fostering a collaborative environment
- Contribute to strategic and clinical service planning to improve patient outcomes through data-driven insights and effective decision-making
Requirements:
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Minimum five years full-time equivalent post-graduate qualification experience and/or a post-graduate qualification in the field of practice
- Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across various mediums, ensuring seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders
