Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Lead Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality professional development courses
  • Present expert content in face-to-face workshops
  • Engage in one-on-one mentorship and provide specialist supervision
  • Maintain a clinical caseload with 24 billable hours
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to drive research-driven practice improvements

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years' experience, preferably 2 years within the NDIS
  • Extensive experience in chronic disease rehabilitation, particularly in diabetes, cardiovascular, and pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to independently develop clinical skillsets
  • Bachelor or postgraduate entry-level degree in physiotherapy or exercise physiology
  • General AHPRA or ESSA membership
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to work across various locations and travel as needed
