Warranty Manager Job Summary

As a Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the warranty operations team and working closely with service and parts departments to process warranty claims efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealership warranty management, preferably in a luxury brand. They should possess strong leadership and team development skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with warranty processing software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Warranty Claims Process: Oversee the warranty claims process, ensuring proper documentation and submissions.
  • Develop Team Members: Manage and develop the Warranty Administrator to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department for warranty claims.
  • Monitor Claim Status: Monitor claim status and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of warranty claims.
  • Customer Support: Support customers with warranty inquiries professionally.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and implement warranty procedures.
  • Mercedes-Benz Knowledge: Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz warranty policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience as a dealership warranty manager, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Organizational: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with warranty processing software.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles is advantageous.
