Job Title

A forward-thinking leader is required to oversee warranty claims and optimize team performance.

  • Manage the warranty claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and submissions.
  • Develop a high-performing warranty administration team.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department to obtain necessary information for warranty claims.
  • Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely resolutions by following up with relevant parties.
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers with warranty-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
  • Establish efficient warranty processes and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dealership warranty management role, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop a warranty team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for warranty processing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
