We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. As the face of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely assistance to customers with their queries and transactions;
- Using your communication skills to educate customers on our online platforms and tools;
- Recommending products and services that meet the needs of our customers;
- Assisting customers in achieving their financial goals.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
Experience in the banking and finance industry is desirable but not essential. What is essential is your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and your commitment to excellence.
