The Job Description

Crypto ATM Operations Manager

Operate and maintain a national fleet of ATMs to ensure seamless functionality, optimal uptime, and performance. This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the ATM fleet.
  • Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Monitor system health, transaction flows, and hardware/software integrations.

Commercial Oversight

  • Analyse transaction data and usage trends to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Evaluate site performance and recommend relocations or expansions.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while providing guidance on technical and operational challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with external partners, site hosts, and service providers.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, ATM networks, or hardware-based services.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in hardware/software systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience with direct reports or cross-functional teams.
