Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the ATM fleet, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
  2. Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades in collaboration with technical support teams and vendors.
  3. Monitor system health, transaction flows, and hardware/software integrations to preemptively address issues.

Commercial Oversight

  1. Analyse transaction data and usage trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  2. Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  3. Evaluate site performance and recommend relocations or expansions based on commercial viability.

Team Leadership

">
  1. Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  2. Delegate tasks effectively while providing guidance on technical and operational challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Liaise with external partners, site hosts, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.
  2. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on fleet performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

">
  1. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, ATM networks, or hardware-based services.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  3. Technical proficiency in hardware/software systems and troubleshooting.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Leadership experience with direct reports or cross-functional teams.
