Job Overview

The role of Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and commercial success of our crypto ATM network.

This position involves overseeing the end-to-end performance of our national ATM fleet, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades with technical support teams and vendors.

Additionally, this role requires monitoring system health, transaction flows, and hardware/software integrations to preemptively address issues.

Commercial oversight involves analyzing transaction data and usage trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

Collaboration with finance and marketing teams is necessary to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Team leadership involves managing and mentoring direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder engagement is also crucial, requiring effective communication with external partners, site hosts, and service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
