Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sales Professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Newcastle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they walk into the showroom.
  • Excite, engage and educate prospective customers about Tesla's product offerings and answer their questions effectively.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Present and sell Tesla's products and services effectively, providing the highest level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery cycle.

  • Client service experience is required.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about sustainable energy.
  • Able to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
  • Strong team mentality and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
