Job Title: Trade Counter Sales

We are seeking an experienced and skilled sales professional to join our team in a trade counter sales role.

  • This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to builders, tradies and home renovators across the nation.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders etc., handling routine and specialist customer queries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Stock replenishment, adhering to store retail standards, picking and packing orders, designing and selling of kitchens (full training will be provided).
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales by building strong relationships with customers within the residential building industry, having a passion for outstanding customer service.
What You Will Bring:
  • Strong customer service focus, ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic fast-paced trade business, previous experience in a similar counter sales/trade sales position.
  • An understanding of the timber & hardware market with previous experience desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work closely in a diverse team.
