Job Description

The Guest Experience Executive (GEE) plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience at the Sofitel Adelaide. The GEE acts as a key communication link between the guest and hotel management, coordinating guest preferences, requests, and stay details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist VIPs, loyal guests, and members of Accor programs
  • Coordinate guest preferences, requests, and stay details
  • Support pre and post-stay engagement
  • Manage the Voice of the Guest platform, including sentiment analysis and responses

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in luxury guest service or customer experience delivery in a similar setting
  • 3 + years' experience in Luxury Service Industry
  • Guest-oriented with an outgoing personality and service mind
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed and on task with busy operating environments
  • Demonstrated competence of technology and CX platforms
