Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Claims Advisor. This position requires a deep understanding of financial lines classes of business, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity, and other relevant classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims under the aforementioned classes of business, with a focus on determining coverage and providing expert advice to clients.
  • As an advisor to a portfolio of SME to Corporate top clients, the individual will build trust, deliver exceptional service, and maintain effective working relationships.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably within the financial lines sector.
  • A law degree is essential, along with a strong understanding of the legal environment and/or ANZIIF qualifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
