Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to answer employee requests and thus support business needs and individual career paths.

The Challenges Ahead:

  • Qualify employee requests/queries by domains & priority and deliver effective (Level 1 & 2) response/support to employees' HR requests
  • Create/maintain policy/knowledge base articles which address most frequent asked questions & ensure article lifecycle management (updates, archives)
  • Ensure end-to-end HR request management (open, follow-up, closure)
  • Onboard new hires and set up employee records
  • Support off-boarding process (including updating of employees record)
  • Collate and update new joiner/existing employee's contract & documentation
  • Run & secure payroll as per assigned countries
  • Support internal and external audits relating to Payroll and Employee's data
  • Process and facilitate social security and withholding tax payment
  • Prepare compliance reports and support reporting to stakeholders & statutory bodies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
