Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will provide strategic support to our business, driving key objectives through efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless achievement of HR and people-related business objectives.
  • Offer direction, support, and advice in all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, grievances, and dispute resolution, as well as change management.
  • End-to-end payroll processing for all employees across the business (fortnightly for Australia, monthly review for Singapore & UK).
  • Utilize market knowledge, communication skills, and creativity to develop communications that attract quality talent to our organization across various channels.
  • Manage activities throughout the employee lifecycle from induction to offboarding.
  • Ongoing assistance in the development of human resource policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in Payroll or HR position with expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and experience in using HRIS Systems, preferably BambooHR.
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment or technology startup.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource or related discipline.
  • Ability to positively foster and promote a performance-based and collaborative culture.
