">About the Role:

This position plays a key role in building and coordinating HR functions within the organization. Reporting to the Business & Project Manager, the successful candidate will work with senior leaders on managing recruitment, on-boarding, and performance-related matters.

  • Facilitate recruitment and selection processes to meet organizational requirements
  • Provide professional advice on HR matters, including award interpretation and compliance requirements
  • Set suitable HR metrics and deliver meaningful reporting
  • Manage staff performance issues and develop policies and procedures
">Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with sound generalist HR skills and high-level people skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Advanced Diploma qualifications in Human Resources or HR Degree
  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with HR systems and education sector knowledge
