
Dedicated Client Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role
You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to our customers. Your duties will include processing and managing customer orders, handling inbound calls and emails from both external customers and internal staff, and managing consignment orders and returns.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and order management
- Good level of understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Self-motivated, accountable and positive attitude
