About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and their support networks to develop and implement tailored plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure timely and efficient onboarding processes, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advocating for their needs and interests.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage high-volume caseloads, ensuring all deadlines and targets are met.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in direct disability support work and/or familiarity with mental health, high-intensity, and/or specialised support.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • A results-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
