Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Services Professional to join our retail store team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care and communication in harmony with audiologists.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, contributing to store success, and providing excellent customer service. You will represent our values, mission, and vision, creating customer satisfaction by maintaining good relationships and providing quality services.

Actively participate in revenue generation, canvassing for business opportunities, and promotional activities like outreach programs. Coordinate seamlessly among sales teams and audiologists.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent computer literacy, including basic knowledge of email management tools and previous experience working on internal databases or appointment booking systems.
  • Sales skills, supporting audiologists in servicing clients and achieving sales targets.
  • A proactive mindset, flexibility, agility, and ability to react positively to change.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with other departments.
  • Self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision, and take ownership to solve problems.
  • Understanding and commitment to our vision and values.
  • Strong organisational skills, planning, and prioritising workload.
