Job Title: Mall Commercialisation / Pop-up Retail Executive

Property Network of Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Mall Commercialisation / Pop-up Retail Executive. This is a business development focused role, responsible for delivering the company's Casual Leasing, Media & Advertising, and Pop-up Retail strategy across our portfolio in NSW, SA, and WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the National Manager to develop and implement the CML strategy for the portfolio.
  • Pursue strategic revenue generating opportunities linked to local events or centre activations.
  • Generate new deals, clients, and partnerships through cold calling, referrals, and online meet and greets.
  • Review and implement the CML strategy to drive budget expectations.
  • Undertake market research to support the National Manager.
  • Work with the Leasing and Centre Management teams to identify and maximise casual leasing opportunities.
  • Assist in developing centre retail plans for casual leasing.
Requirements:
  • Essential business development experience.
  • Experience in growing a sales database and operating a CRM.
  • Real Estate License.
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience.
  • Previous CML experience desirable, but not essential.
