Centre Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to own the day-to-day running of a centre, develop your skills, grow, and make a real contribution to success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Storage Consultants to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
  • Oversee operational excellence, managing centre operations, including presentation, maintenance, administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Report centre financial performance to the Operations Manager
  • Promote a positive team culture that aligns with company values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in a management or team leader position, preferably in a high-volume setting. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations are essential. Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs is also required.

Proficiency in technology and multitasking between different systems is necessary. Effective communication skills and ability to foster a team building environment are key. A motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with willingness to learn and grow with the business is ideal.
