Centre Leadership Opportunity

A key role within our organisation is available for a highly skilled Centre Director to lead and motivate a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in centre management, encompassing 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

The successful Centre Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and standards. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children and staff.

  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure daily operations run smoothly, adhering to all necessary regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to guarantee a secure and engaging atmosphere for children and staff.
  • Staff Development and Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth.
  • Curriculum and Program Development:
    • Create educational programs that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
    • Evaluate existing programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they remain inclusive, engaging, and aligned with best practices.
  • Family and Community Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through open communication and collaboration.
    • Organise community outreach activities and events to promote the centre and its services.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Guarantee the centre complies with licensing, health, and safety regulations at all times.
    • Regularly conduct inspections and audits to maintain exceptionally high standards.
  • Child Wellbeing and Safety:
    • Promote the physical and emotional safety of all children within the centre.
    • Implement robust health and safety protocols, including emergency preparedness plans.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage enrolment, billing, and scheduling tasks efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records for all children and staff, adhering to data protection guidelines.
