**Distribution Centre Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre, managing resources efficiently, and continuously improving processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the distribution centre
  • Provide coaching and leadership to build team capability
  • Lead the efficient scheduling of resources, goods, and equipment
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address issues promptly
  • Liaise with stakeholders on distribution, warehousing, and customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Business or Operations Management
  • Warehousing and FMCG distribution experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Industrial Relations, and Safety
