">The Student Centre Operations Manager will lead operational support across a diverse and fast-paced portfolio, collaborating closely with the Senior Manager and Portfolio Director to drive excellent student-centric service, operational efficiency, and the successful implementation of key initiatives.
">This leadership role requires a strong focus on leadership, student experience, and a service delivery mindset. You will inspire high-performing teams, ensure excellence in governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, and oversee the delivery of face-to-face services to students.

About the Ideal Candidate:
">We are seeking an experienced senior operational manager with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, strong business acumen, and a track record of implementing governance and risk frameworks.
">A proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across complex organisations, lead and mentor a team of face-to-face student support staff, and relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field are also essential.
