About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can provide exceptional customer service, lead a small team, and support the smooth running of our practice. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient records.

  • Greet patients and provide a great first impression
  • Lead a small team of two receptionists, reporting to the Practice Manager
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, update patient records
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Maintain confidentiality while accessing sensitive patient information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous dental reception experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Availability to work part-time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
  • Organized with attention to detail
